#TRENT100 TRANSFER AND DEFERMENT POLICY
When you sign up for a #TRENT100 event, our no.1 objective is to fully support you and get you to the start line. However, we know, that just occasionally, life can throw up the odd challenge that might prevent you from attending.
Transfer Policy
From 31st August 2017, #TRENT100 will run a simple no-nonsense transfer policy. Providing you notify us within 60 days of the event, we will transfer your ticket to the next available event with a guaranteed place. In the event that Saltwalk Events decide not to put on any further events there will be no refunds given. Please note that any difference between the ticket price you paid and the new event price (based on new ticket price Early Bird rate) will need to be paid.

TEAMS CAN CHANGE TEAM MEMBER NAMES AT NO COST
Participant name change will remain free and the above transfer policy also applies if you decide to transfer your place to a friend or family member.
#TRENT100 do not under any circumstances offer a refund for non-attendance. Our system is simple and fair, it rewards participants for entering early and enables us to keep admin fees as low as possible.
